We hope that you and your family are all in good health during these uncertain times. We are excited to announce that we are finally open and taking patients. Our office remains dedicated to your safety and well-being so we will only be seeing a limited number of patients and will also be staggering visits so we can keep with social distancing. Below is a list of our new protocols.
- We require that all patients coming to the office wear masks. This is MANDATORY!
- We encourage you to bring an additional clean mask to be used after your procedure, especially following Laser, Micro-needling & Filler to avoid risk of infection/other complications.
- We ask that you wash your hands or use hand sanitizer when you enter the office.
- If you’re coming for an appointment, we ask that you come alone unless the patient is a minor requiring a guardian or is a disabled patient requiring assistance.
- We ask that you observe 6 foot social distancing in the office.
- We’ll be asking to fill in a prescreening questionnaire upon your arrival.
- We encourage patients to wait in the car to keep patients in the waiting room to minimum.
- Every room will be decontaminated before and after each patient including door handles with disinfectants. We will be deploying UVC light for reducing virus particles.
- You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, etc. since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect.
- Our door will be maintained open to avoid contamination.
- Plexiglass barriers installed at check out/check in desk.
- Facial room will no longer have blankets, please bring your own.
- Please bring your own pen. We will only be providing 2 sets of pens.
- Staff and client temperature will be taken upon entry with touchless thermometer.
